Which tablets can I buy myself for use with AutoServe1?

We currently recommend purchasing the following tablets which can be found online: 

Samsung (Android) 

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 or latest version (2021-2025) 

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ or latest version (2021-2025) 

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 8GB RAM model (2023) 

  • Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ 8GB RAM model (2023) 

Apple 

  • iPad Pro 12.9-in (5th generation) 

  • iPad Pro 11-in. (3rd generation) 

  • iPad Air (5th generation) 

  • iPad (11th generation)

  • ​IPad Mini (7th generation) 


Additional Notes: We recommend that the tablets purchased have no less than 6GB RAM for Samsung (Android) devices, and 8GB for Apple tablets. Your apple device will not work with AutoServe1 if it runs iOS 12 or lower. We strongly recommend purchasing only New Devices vs Refurbished units. Lastly, any and all Fire/Kindle tablets are not supported by the AutoServe1 application. 

 

For Cases, we recommend purchasing Po​etic, or Otterbox cases.
