Time Clock Events in AutoServe1/Protractor


1. In Protractor, click on the "Setup" button and search for "Time Clock Events". You will likely need to add these events manually using the "Add" button (it is not pictured here but it should appear if you are logged in as the Admin on Protractor)  





2. This is the AutoServe1 technician dashboard. When techs are clocked into a job, they can click on the " Clocked in" button (upper right-hand corner) to display the "Time Clock Events" that you created in Protractor. When the tech selects an event, you will be able to see (in Protractor) who is waiting and for what reason.





3. To view this in Protractor, go to your "Time Clock Records" and choose the worker and date range to display their current status.
