In order for AutoServe1 to run on your computers, we need to install Chrome (PC).
Once you've installed Chrome, please open it and navigate to the login page and bookmark it by clicking on the star in the top right corner of your browser: https://app.autoserve1.com/login
If you are running AutoServe1 on a MAC, please refrain from using chrome, and use safari instead.
When you contact one of our support agents, the agent might ask you to go to autoserve1.screenconnect.com. Once there, you will be asked for a code, which the agent will provide to you.
Once you plug in the code, you will see a file being downloaded on the bottom left corner of your screen. You will have to click on the file and run it. A message will be prompted "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device". Click Yes. Then our agent will be able to remotely connect and control your computer to troubleshoot.
