You can reset your password by doing the following.
Step 1: Go to the login page and click on the "forgot password" button.
Step 2: Then enter your AutoServe1 username and hit submit
When creating a new account, the e-mail field may appear to be blank and cannot be edited. If this is the case, there may be another instance of AutoServe1 logged in, or the change password request may already be used.
To resolve this:
1) Click the three bars on the top left and click "Sign out"
The e-mail field should now populate. You can now create a new password.
Alternatively, you may also open the link in an incognito window. You can do this in Google Chrome by right-clicking the link in the e-mail and select "Open in an incognito window." Alternatively, if using Outlook, you can copy the link and paste it in an incognito window by pressing Ctrl+Shift+T.
If you don't see the field above in the top right corner or if the problem still persists, this means that the link in the e-mail has already been used.
To change your password:
1) Go to https://app.autoserve1.com/login and click "Forgot password?"
