Service Advisor role (Customer records/inspection creation/editing, Checking off estimated items, Preparing customer reports, Sending customer reports, approving and declining work, and educating the customer)
Technician role (Report profile image, scanning a VIN, adding notes, uploading images with annotations, editing findings and recommendations, and viewing the schedule maintenance)
