Adding a staff member in Autoserve1 Admin
Adding a staff member in Autoserve1 Admin:
NOTE: To add any staff member to Autoserve1, minimum Store Manager profile and above is required.
First login to your Autoserve1 account.
Click on the Menu (three lines on the top left corner) followed by “Admin”. Note: If your role is Service Advisor, you will not have the option Admin in the Menu
A small window pops up to enter the password to access the admin page.
Enter your Autoserve1 login password, which will take you to the Admin Page. Below you can see 2 different views of the admin page based on your set role in Autoserve1.
Store Manager View:
Account Manager/Owner View:
For Store managers: Please click on the Add staff member under the Manage Staff tab and then add the First and Last name and email address, select the role and title – then click Save.
NOTE: The save button will trigger a password creation email
For Account Manager/Owner: Please click on the “Pencil Icon” under the Manage tab for the corresponding store where you need to add/remove a staff member, then click on the Add staff member under the Manage Staff tab and then add the First and Last name and email address, select the role and title – then click Save.
